Phil is reputed as the leading chalet chef in Chamonix and Alison and he have forged a unique partnership to make sure all dietary needs are met, and all nutrition provided is healthy and balanced.  He brings enormous experience and a big personality (!) and when he isn’t in the kitchen creating meals for us and our clients, you will find him serving delicious hot meals from his vintage citroen van under the brand name Savoie Faire – his alter ego.  Or throwing a ball for his dog, Maurice. Over and over and over again.


Iona has worked as a Sports Massage Therapist for 18 years, including as team Masseuse with the Scotland Rugby Team for 4 years, with Rugby World Sevens players and as owner of a clinic for team and individuals. She has worked in conjunction with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Sports Nutritionists and Performance Coaches, gaining knowledge and experience as a Massage Therapist for professional sports people. Iona now lives in Chamonix and is owner of Mountain Massage.

Iona is passionate about massage therapy and gains great satisfaction from seeing the results and the benefits felt by clients in general well-being, muscle recovery and injury prevention.
